Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Some products may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons; please check the product description.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
